Description

The FRT cassette has been excised from P{CoinFLP-Act5C-FLAG::Cas9(R691A)-T2A-H2B-GFP}, removing the transcriptional stop sequence and allowing the Act5C regulatory sequences to drive expression of a coding sequence that encodes two open reading frames separated by a T2A linker (this allows for separate translation of each protein). The first ORF encodes Cas9(R691A) tagged with Tag:FLAG. The second ORF consists of Histone2B tagged with GFP.
