Description

A shrb cDNA is expressed under the control of proximal shrb genomic elements (510bp upstream and downstream of the start and stop codon respectively, from BAC clone CH322-47O20). The coding sequence has been mutated to carry a R59E amino acid replacement and is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:MYC.
