Description

The RMCE cassette present in TI{TI}LrrkKO has been has been replaced by cDNA sequence (followed by a polyA tail) encoding mutant Hsap\LRRK2 carrying the pathogenic G2019S variant, resulting in a locus in which the Hsap\LRRK2 coding sequence is expressed under the control of endogenous Lrrk regulatory sequences.
