Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}brpMI02987 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{dFlpTag.GFSTF.0} conditional tagging cassette that is inserted in the same orientation to the direction of brp transcription. In the absence of FLP, the brp gene is tagged, but in the presence of FLP recombinase, the cassette is stably inverted, resulting in loss of this tagging.
