Description

A 2.5-kb fragment of genomic DNA that encompasses the entire sist transcript plus 613 bp of the DNA upstream of the TSS and 129 bp downstream of the transcript end. The short 'Twin-Strep-Myc' tag is included at the N-terminus of the encoded protein.
