Description

Endogenous sdk locus in which four amino acids (ALEL) within the intracellular domain have been deleted. The sdk coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with mScarlet. A loxP cassette containing a Disc\RFPDsRed-Express2.3xP3 marker has also been inserted, downstream of the mScarlet tag.
