Description

Endogenous sdk locus in which sequence encoding the intracellular domain (ICD) has been replaced with the cDNA sequence that encodes the bark ICD. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with mNeonGreen. A loxP cassette containing a Disc\RFPDsRed-Express2.3xP3 marker has also been inserted, downstream of the mNeonGreen tag.
