Description

A sequence cassette that encodes 1. an FRT stop cassette, and 2. lexA::p65-T2A coding sequence, has been inserted into the endogenous cas locus, at the N-terminal end of the open reading frame. In the absence of FLP, the stop cassette prevents expression of both the lexA::p65 driver and the cas coding sequence.
