Description

Two sets of mutations within the intron upstream of the Dscam1 exon 6 cluster. The first is deletion of the entire locus control region (LCR) that is located upstream of the docking site. The second is deletion of 'Ubs1' (upstream balancer sequence 1) a sequence located between the docking site and variable exon 6.1.
