Description

Two sets of mutations within the intron upstream of the Dscam1 exon 6 cluster. The first is deletion of the part of the locus control region (LCR) that is located upstream of the docking site. The second is deletion of 'Ubs1' (upstream balancer sequence 1) a sequence located between the docking site and variable exon 6.1.
