Description
Description
RhoGAPs are GTPase activating proteins for Rho family GTPases. (Adapted from PMID:15731001 and FBrf0158741).
Notes on Group

RhoGAP15B contains both ArfGAP and RhoGAP domains and is therefore listed in both ADP-RIBOSYLATION FACTOR and RHO GTPASE ACTIVATING PROTEINS gene groups.

Ocrl has both an inositol polyphosphate 5-phosphatase catalytic domain and a RhoGAP domain. FBrf0213972 states that both Ocrl and its human ortholog, OCRL, are catalytically inactive. However, human OCRL has been shown to possess a low level of Rac GAP activity in vitro (PMID:12915445).

RhoGAP1A has both RhoGAP and RhoGEF domains. It is likely that these domains target different Rho subfamilies (FBrf0158741).
