                    Additional comments

                    FBrf0066905 suggests that there are 4 tRNA:V3b genes in the 92B region (probably based on quantitative in situ hybridisation data described in FBrf0035587 and FBrf0033555). This lead to there being 4 tRNA:V3b gene records in FlyBase in the 92B region; tRNA:V3b:84Da , tRNA:V3b:84Db , tRNA:V3b:84Dc and tRNA:V3b:84Dd . However, only two tRNA:V3b annotations have been found in the 92B region of the release 3.2 genome - CR31214 and CR31430. tRNA:V3b:84Da corresponds to CR31592 (based on sequence accession number M10916). CR31430 has been assigned to tRNA:V3b:84Db , and the tRNA:V3b:84Dc and tRNA:V3b:84Dd gene records have been merged with tRNA:V3b:84Db , so that there are now only 2 tRNA:V3b gene records in FlyBase in the 92B region; tRNA:V3b:84Da and tRNA:V3b:84Db .
