Peptides identified by mass spectrometry were originally assigned to CG10102, which has now been classified as a pseudogene similar to Arc1. Since all four peptides identified (QDDHDPIDTFVIQK, ALLAQLPSGR, HDEETELDLLFGLLNIK and IIEHNNQEDEEQLATAK) also map perfectly to Arc1, this interaction has been re-assigned to Arc1 by FlyBase.
