RhoGAP92B specifically coimmunoprecipitates Cdc42 in the presence of NaF, but not in its absence. This suggests that RhoGAP92B has specific GAP activity for Cdc42.

RhoGAP92B also interacts weakly with Rho1 in a NaF-specific manner.
