Cotransfection of cells with kon and the PS2 integrin complex (mys and if) results in cell aggregation.

Source was live S2 cells; proteins produced from transfected constructs.

Cells were transfected with various combinations of kon, mys and if. Physical interaction of proteins expressed on the surface of cells is inferred from the aggregation of live cells.
