Substitution of the tyrosine 515 with phenylalanine significantly weakened the formation of a csw/stumps complex upon btl stimulation, demonstrating that tyrosine 515 of stumps plays an important role in the recruitment of csw. Mutation of tyrosine 486 had no effect on the recruitment of csw.
