Under non-reducing conditions, multiple Mekk1-containing species co-precipitate with Jafrac1 while under reducing conditions only monomeric Mekk1 co-precipitates suggesting both covalent and non-covalent interactions.
Under non-reducing conditions, multiple Jafrac1-containing species co-precipitate with Mekk1.
