Co-expression with cnk significantly increases pull down Ras85D. ave-Ras85D interaction without cnk, occurred with co-expression of Raf, Dsor1 and ksr. Mutations in either ave or cnk that destabilize the ave-cnk scaffolding complex, decrease its ability to pull down Ras85D.
