Description

The pUASTattB plasmid is designed for generating donor plasmids that can be used to insert sequence containing an open reading frame of interest expressed under the control of UASt regulatory sequences into an attP-containing docking site in the genome, via phiC31:int-mediated integration. pUASTattB contains a w+mC marker, a loxP site, the UAS-MCS-SV40 cassette from pP{UAST} and an attB site.
