Description

The p4X-UASTattB plasmid ( Addgene:189858 ) is designed for generating donor plasmids that can be used to insert sequence containing an open reading frame of interest expressed under the control of UAS regulatory sequences into an attP-containing docking site in the genome, via phiC31:int-mediated integration. p4X-UASTattB contains only 4 copies of the UAS sequence, but otherwise retains the features of pUASTattB, thus it contains a w+mC marker, a loxP site, 4XUAS plus an Hsp70 promoter fragment, the MCS-SV40 cassette from pP{UAST} and an attB site.
