Subject: moira and 89B helicase
FlyBase,
We would like to submit the following correction as a personal
communication to FlyBase:
We have determined that the identification of 89B helicase as the
product of the moira gene was in error (FBrf0090578). Please
remove all references to 89B helicase from the moira record;
89B helicase is a new, previously unidentified gene.
The GenBank accession number cited in the moira record is that
of 89B helicase; it should also be deleted from the moira record
and moved to the 89B helicase record.
