The ubiquitin-GFP-marked CyO and TM6B balancer stocks donated to the
Bloomington Stock Center carry pPwum2. The ref is: Heck et al. (1993)
 123:665-679 . The GFP.S65T gene has been inserted into this vector.
This was then used to transform flies (by J. Qiu in Kalpana White's
lab) and then we (Paulo D'Avino in my lab) hopped it onto balancers.
