Subject: BubR1 constructs and insertions 
The following information was provided by Annette Parks of Exelixis, Inc.
In P{UAS-BubR1.Exel}, the wild type BubR1 (FBgn0025458) coding sequence was 
cloned into P{Express-UAS}.
P{UAS-BubR1.Exel}1 is a homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile, X 
chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-BubR1.Exel}2 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-BubR1.Exel}3 is a third chromosome insertion.
In P{UAS-BubR1.DN}, the BubR1 coding sequence truncated at the Stu1 site was 
cloned into P{Express-UAS}.  The C terminal sequence of this dominant 
negative protein variant should be LEQPFRFPTNFVAKN.
P{UAS-BubR1.DN}1 is a homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile, X 
chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-BubR1.DN}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome 
insertion.
P{UAS-BubR1.DN}3 is a homozygous viable and fertile, third chromosome insertion.
