The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Keith Wharton, University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
Df(3L)469-6 and Df(3L)469-13 were isolated in the screen described in Bhanot et al. (1999). Frizzled and DFrizzled-2 function as redundant receptors for wingless during Drosophila embryonic development.  Development 126: 4175-4186, (FBrf0111329).
Df(3L)469-6 removes bands 75F4-9.  Df(3L)469-13 removes bands 75F4-11.  Both deletions remove nkd and fz2.
