The X chromosome insertion P{UAS-CD4-tdGFP}8M1 and the second chromosome insertion P{UAS-CD4-tdGFP}8M2 were isolated from the PBac{UAS-CD4-tdGFP}VK00033 progenitor by mobilizing internal P element sequences using P transposase.
The X chromosome insertion P{UAS-CD4-tdTom}5FA and the second chromosome insertion P{UAS-CD4-tdTom}7M1 were isolated from the PBac{UAS-CD4-tdTom}VK00033 progenitor by mobilizing internal P element sequences using P transposase. P{UAS-CD4-tdTom}5FA inserted in a FM6 balancer. This balancer variant will be listed with the balancer short name FM6, P{UAS-CD4-tdTom}5FA in Bloomington genotypes.
P{ppk-CD4-tdGFP}1b and P{ppk-CD4-tdTom}4a are second chromosome insertions and P{ppk-CD4-tdGFP}8 and P{ppk-CD4-tdTom}10a are third chromosome insertions. They were isolated by P transposase-mediated transformation using the P ends within the "Hemmar" vector described in Han et al., (2011) PNAS 108:9673-8 .
P{R9D03-CD4-tdTom}attP2 and P{R9D11-CD4-tdTom}attP2 are insertions into P{CaryP}attP2 at 68A4, 3L:11063638 (Release 5).
