The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Martine Therrien and Guy Rouleau, Centre de Recherche CHUM, Montreal.
P{UAS-ATXN3.CAG14.HisMycHA}02 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-ATXN3.STOP.CAA94.HAMycHis}01 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-ATXN3.STOP.CAG94.HAMycHis}01 is an insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-ATXN3.CAG89.HAMycHis} consists of human Ataxin 3 (ATXN3) with an expanded stretch of 89 CAG repeats under the control of UAS (similar to constructs found in Stochmanski et al., 2012, Hum Mol Genet 21:2211 , FBrf0218121). At the C-terminus are tags for each reading frame: HA for the -1 frame, Myc for the main frame, and His for the +1 frame.
