Description

UAS drives expression of Hsap\ATXN3 with an expanded stretch of 89 CAG repeats (similar to constructs found in FBrf0218121). At the C-terminus are tags for each reading frame: Tag:HA for the -1 frame, Tag:MYC for the main frame, and Tag:polyHis for the +1 frame.
