The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Sergey Sinenko and Sally Kornbluth, Duke University Medical Center.
The P{UAS-Nc.S} construct expresses wild-type Nc (Dronc; FBgn0026404) under the control of UAS sequences.  The coding region is not tagged.
The P{UAS-Nc.S130A.S} construct expresses the S130A variant of Nc under the control of UAS sequences.  The coding region is not tagged.
The P{UAS-DUBAI.S} construct expresses wild-type DUBAI (FBgn0033738)  under the control of UAS sequences.
P{UAS-Nc.S} and P{UAS-DUBAI.S} are used in the studies described in Yang et al. 2014 (FBrf0224337).
P{UAS-DUBAI.S}2.1 and P{UAS-Nc.S130A.S}9 are second chromosome insertions.
P{UAS-DUBAI.S}1.2, P{UAS-Nc.S}7 and P{UAS-Nc.S130A.S}3 are third chromosome insertions.
