The VDRC has offers Vienna Tile (VT) GAL4 lines, which are enhancer-GAL4 drivers (very similar to Gerry Rubin's Janelia GAL4 collection, available from Bloomington). Currently, the VDRC VT GAL4 lines are not visible at all in FlyBase and therefore many researchers are not aware of their existence. I wondered whether there would be a way to link them to FlyBase? I've attached a file containing all the information you requested. Since the sequence in this case is non-coding regulatory DNA and mostly intergenic, we have assigned it to 'nearest genes' to reflect its location in the genome. In some cases it is equidistant between 2 genes and it is not possible to say which gene the sequence is most likely regulating. Additional information can be downloaded from the VDRC website, or viewed from the VDRC stock reports. The genomic mapping position of each VT-GAL4 construct can be viewed at the UCSC Genome Browser (link on VDRC stock reports).
