The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Gerald M. Rubin, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Janelia Research Campus.
P{R52B07-p65.AD} is composed of the GMR52B07 enhancer fragment fused upstream of the Drosophila synthetic core promoter (DSCP) followed by the Hsap\RELA activation domain (which has been optimised for Drosophila codon usage) fused to a leucine zipper ( T:Zzzz \Zip+). A Hsp70 transcriptional terminator is present. Line MB262B in Aso et al., 2014 (FBrf0227179) comprises P{R52B07-p65.AD}attP40 and P{R52H01-GAL4.DBD}attP2.
P{R52B07-p65.AD}attP40 is an insertion on the second chromosome in an attP site at 25C6, 2L:5108448 .
P{R68C09-GAL4.DBD} is composed of the GMR68C09 enhancer fragment fused upstream of the Drosophila synthetic core promoter (DSCP) followed by a leucine zipper ( T:Zzzz \Zip-) fused to the Scer\GAL4 DNA-binding domain (which has been optimised for Drosophila codon usage). A Hsp70 transcriptional terminator is present. The MB063B line in Aso et al., 2014 (FBrf0227179) and Aso and Rubin 2016 (FBrf0233230) comprises P{R93D10-p65.AD}attP40 and P{R68C09-GAL4.DBD}attP2.
P{R68C09-GAL4.DBD}attP2 is an insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 68A4, 3L:11063638 .
