The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Ahmed Abdelfattah and Eric Schreiter, Janelia Research Campus.
P{10XUAS-IVS-Voltron-p10} and PBac{10XUAS-IVS-Voltron-p10} express the voltage sensor, Voltron, under the control of UAS. Voltron is a sensor comprised of Ace2N fused to Halo-tag for use with dye ligands such as JF525.
P{10XUAS-IVS-Voltron-p10}su(Hw)attP8 is a viable and fertile insertion on the X chromosome in an attP site on the X chromosome at 8E10 between X:9 ,585,660 and 9,585,730.
P{10XUAS-IVS-Voltron-p10}attP40 is a viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome in an attP site at 25C6, 2L:5108448 .
PBac{10XUAS-IVS-Voltron-p10}VK00005 is a viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 75A10, 3L:17952108
P{13XLexAop-IVS-Voltron-p10} and PBac{13XLexAop-IVS-Voltron-p10} express the voltage sensor, Voltron, under the control of lexAop. Voltron is a sensor comprised of Ace2N fused to Halo-tag for use with dye ligands such as JF525.
