P{hs-Tsc1.Z} is described in Zheng and Sehgal (2010), Curr. Biol. 20(13): 1203--1208 (FBrf0211221).
P{hs-sgg.S9A} was constructed using a similar approach described in Ruel et al. (1993) Nature 362(6420): 557--560 (FBrf0059138). The sgg10 isoform with the Ser9 codon mutated to Ala was PCR amplified and inserted into the transformation vector P{CaSpeR-hs}. 
P{Ilp2-mtdTomato} was constructed using a similar approach described in Cavanaugh et al. (2014) Cell 157(3): 689--701 (FBrf0224765). It expresses the mtdTomato fluorescent protein under the control of Ilp2 promoter sequences. 
P{UAS-to.Z}3A is a third chromosome insertion.
P{hs-Tsc1.Z}1A1 is an X chromosome insertion, homozygous viable and fertile.
P{hs-Tsc1.Z}2A1 is a second chromosome insertion, homozygous viable and fertile.
