The associated file contains the sequence of the nur2 locus. The lower case sequences are genomic sequences surrounding the site of the nur2 deletion and the upper case sequences were inserted in place of the single nur exon (a site for future site-specific recombination (attP), and an eyeless promoter-DsRed flanked by LoxP). The sequence at the nur3 locus is identical.
