The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Joshua Mast and Nina DiPrimio, Perlara PBC. CG13397W422X - CRISPR/Cas9-mediated homologous dependent repair was used to make amino acid change W422stop designed to mimic the W404stop change found in a human N-acetylglucosaminidase, alpha (NAGLU) variant associated with Mucopolysaccharidosis III B (Sanfilippo syndrome B). The W422stop change was put in along with a 3xP3-dsRed marker flanked by PBac ends that was then removed via PBac transposition. Transposition left behind a TTAA but doesn't change the amino acid sequence. CG13397Y160C - CRISPR/Cas9-mediated homologous dependent repair was used to make amino acid change Y160C designed to mimic the Y140C change found in a human N-acetylglucosaminidase, alpha (NAGLU) variant associated with Mucopolysaccharidosis III B (Sanfilippo syndrome B). The Y160C change was put in along with a 3xP3-dsRed marker flanked by PBac ends that was then removed via PBac transposition. Transposition left behind a TTAA which changes but doesn't change the amino acid sequence.
