The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Junjie Luo and Mark Schnitzer, Stanford University.
P{10xQUAS-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} is identical to P{20xUAS-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} except for the substitution of ten copies of QUAS for the UAS sequences. Likewise, PBac{10xQUAS-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} is identical to PBac{20xUAS-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} except for the same substitution. 
P{26xlexAop-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} is identical to P{20xUAS-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} except for the substitution of 26 copies of lexAop for the UAS sequences. Likewise, PBac{26xlexAop-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} is identical to PBac{20xUAS-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} except for the same substitution. 
P{20xUAS(FRT.stop)Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} is identical to P{20xUAS-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} except for the insertion of an FRT-flanked stop codon cassette between the UAS and coding sequences. Likewise PBac{20xUAS(FRT.stop)Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} is identical to PBac{20xUAS-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon} except for the same insertion. 
P{13xlexAop(FRT.stop)Ace2N-2AA-mNeon,20XUAS-FLPD5.PEST} has the same voltage sensor coding sequence as P{20xUAS-Ace2N-2AA-mNeon}. This sequence can be expressed under control of 13 copies of lexAop when an FRT-flanked stop codon cassette is removed by FLP-mediated recombination. The construct also carries the 20XUAS-FLPD5.PEST sequences present in P{20XUAS-FLPD5.PEST}.
