The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Junru Liu and Omar Akbari, University of California at San Diego.
PBac{ U6:3-eve.gRNA , U6:1-hid.gRNA } expresses sequences for CRISPR activation of eve and hid transcription. It expresses a guide RNA to the 5' end of eve under control of  snRNA:U6:96Ac  regulatory sequences and a guide RNA to the 5' end of hid under control of  snRNA:U6:96Aa .   
PBac{ U6:3-eve.gRNA , U6:1-hid.gRNA }VK00013 is an insertion into PBac{y+-attP-9A}VK00013 at 76A2,  3L:19 ,204,358 (R6).
P{bnk- dCas9::VPR } expresses the CRISPR activation fusion protein dCas9.VPR under bnk control in early embryos. The transgene marker is ECFP driven by OpIE2 regulatory sequences.
