The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Marc Amoyel, University College London.
P{UAS-ERK-KTR} expresses a MAPK activity reporter under the control of UAS. The MAPK activity reporter is composed of a ERK docking site fused to mClover with phosphorylation-sensitive NLS and NES signals that re-locates from the nucleus to the cytoplasm in response to MAPK phosphorylation.
P{UAS-ERK-KTR}attP40 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
P{UAS-ERK-KTR}attP2 is a viable insertion on the third chromosome into attP2 (FBti0040535).
P{UAS-EKR-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh} expresses a MAPK activity reporter and nuclear mCherry under the control of UAS. The MAPK activity reporter is composed of a ERK docking site fused to mClover with phosphorylation-sensitive NLS and NES signals that re-locates from the nucleus to the cytoplasm in response to MAPK phosphorylation.
P{UAS-EKR-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP1 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP1 (FBti0040534).
P{UAS-EKR-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP64 is an insertion on the third chromosome into attP64 (FBti0114381).
P{QUAS-EKR-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh} expresses nuclear mCherry and a MAPK activity reporter under the control of QUAS. The MAPK activity reporter is composed of a ERK docking site fused to mClover with phosphorylation-sensitive NLS and NES signals that re-locates from the nucleus to the cytoplasm in response to MAPK phosphorylation.
P{QUAS-EKR-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP40 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
P{QUAS-EKR-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP2 is a viable insertion on the third chromosome into attP2 (FBti0040535).
P{UAS-EKR-KTR(AA)-T2A-His2Av-mCh} expresses nuclear mCherry and a non-phosphorylatable MAPK activity reporter under the control of UAS. In the absence of phosphorylation, the mClover-based reporter is enriched in the nucleus.
P{UAS-EKR-KTR(AA)-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP40 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
P{UAS-EKR-KTR(AA)-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP2 is a viable insertion on the third chromosome into attP2 (FBti0040535).
P{UAS-EKR-KTR(EE)-T2A-His2Av-mCh} expresses nuclear mCherry and a phosphomimetic variant of a MAPK activity reporter under the control of UAS. The phosphomimetic mutation results in cytoplasmic enrichment of the mClover-based reporter.
P{UAS-EKR-KTR(EE)-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP40 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
P{UAS-EKR-KTR(EE)-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP2 is a viable insertion on the third chromosome into attP2 (FBti0040535).
