Nmdar2YH7 has two DNA lesion sites. There is an 8bp deletion (GGACGGAC) from nucleotides 36-43 of the NMDAR2 cDNA, which results in a frameshift and early translation termination. There is also an inconsequential deletion of TTGATCCTG outside of the early stop codon from cDNA 211-219.
There is a 266bp deletion in Nmdar2YH9 that extends from 213-478 of the cDNA in the associated file.
The sequences of the Nmdar2YH7 and Nmdar2YH9 mutants as well as the Nmdar2-RC cDNA sequence are in the associated files.
