The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Susan Parkhurst, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
P{sM3MCA} expresses the Moesin actin binding domain fused to the photoconvertible mMaple3 tag constitutively under control of the sqh promoter.
P{GFP-SCAR} expresses SCAR protein with an N-terminal GFP tag under the control of SCAR regulatory sequences.
P{sM3MCA}12 is an X chromosome insertion.
P{sM3MCA}20 and P{GFP-SCAR}20 are homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertions.
P{sM3MCA}33 and P{GFP-SCAR}30 are homozygous viable and fertile, third chromosome insertions.
TI{TI}sqhmScarlet-I is a CRISPR knock in of mScarlet-I into the sqh gene. It generates sqh protein with a C-terminal mScarlet-I tag under native control.
P{ U6:3-sqh.gRNA } expresses a guide RNA for knock out of sqh ubiquitously under the control of snRNA:U6:96Ac regulatory sequences.
P{ U6:3-sqh.gRNA }attP2 is an insertion into P{CaryP}attP2 at 68A4, 3L:11070538 (R6).
