The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Marc Amoyel, University College London.
P{UAS-modERK-KTR} expresses a MAPK activity reporter under the control of UAS. The MAPK activity reporter is composed of a ERK docking site fused to Clover with phosphorylation-sensitive NLS and NES signals that re-locates from the nucleus to the cytoplasm in response to MAPK phosphorylation. Similar to P{UAS-ERK-KTR} but has been modified to be more specific to ERK (P{UAS-ERK-KTR} can respond to CDK when CDK levels are high). For more information, see Wilcockson et al., 2023, Dev. Cell 58(23): 2802--2818.e5 (FBrf0258189).
P{UAS-modERK-KTR}attP40 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
P{UAS-modERK-KTR}attP2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome into attP2 (FBti0040535).
P{UAS-modERK-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh} expresses a MAPK activity reporter and nuclear mCherry under the control of UAS. The MAPK activity reporter is composed of a ERK docking site fused to Clover with phosphorylation-sensitive NLS and NES signals that re-locates from the nucleus to the cytoplasm in response to MAPK phosphorylation. mCherry can be used for normalization controls. Similar to P{UAS-EKR-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh} but has been modified to be more specific to ERK (P{UAS-EKR-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh} can respond to CDK when CDK levels are high). For details see Wilcockson et al., 2023, Dev. Cell 58(23): 2802--2818.e5 (FBrf0258189).
P{UAS-modERK-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP40 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
P{UAS-modERK-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome into attP2 (FBti0040535).
P{nanosP-modERK-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh} expresses a MAPK activity reporter and nuclear mCherry under the control of nanos. The MAPK activity reporter is composed of a ERK docking site fused to Clover with phosphorylation-sensitive NLS and NES signals that re-locates from the nucleus to the cytoplasm in response to MAPK phosphorylation. mCherry can be used for normalization controls. For details see Wilcockson et al., 2023, Dev. Cell 58(23): 2802--2818.e5 (FBrf0258189).
P{nanosP-modERK-KTR-T2A-His2Av-mCh}attP2 is an insertion on the third chromosome into attP2 (FBti0040535).
