The cnojc allele contains a 14bp deletion at  3R:5182029..5182042 , resulting in one missense mutation and a frameshift that leads to stop codon at amino acid 908 in the middle of the Dilute (DIL) domain, which is shared by all isoforms.
The corajc allele contains a 2bp deletion at  2R:19236329..19236330 , resulting in a frameshift that leads to stop codon at amino acid 225 in the middle of the FERM domain, which is shared by all isoforms.
