Using the Drosophila melanogaster genomic region r6.52 as a reference:
PEK1 has a single bp deletion of a “C” at  3R:5462724 .
PEK2 has a 14-bp deletion of “GTGGCCCCGGTCCG” at  3R:5462712..5462725 .
PEKΔLD has a 2902-bp deletion at  3R:5461414..5464315  and is replaced by a 3xHA sequence. It also has silent mutations from “GG” to “AT” at  3R:5460966..5460967  + to mutate the gRNA PAM sequence.
