The following information was provided by Dmitry Nashchekin of the University of Cambridge, who generated the constructs and insertions.
P{UASp-VHH(GFP4).CAAX} expresses the GFP-binding protein VHH(GFP4) tagged at its C-terminus with a CAAX membrane-targeting sequence under UASp control.
P{UASp-VHH(GFP4).RFP.Mito(actA)} expresses the GFP-binding protein VHH(GFP4) tagged at its C-terminus with RFP and the mitochondria-targeting sequence  Tag:Mito (actA) under UASp control.
P{UASp-VHH(GFP4).mKate2.CAAX} expresses the GFP-binding protein VHH(GFP4) tagged at its C-terminus with mKate2 and a CAAX membrane-targeting sequence under UASp control.
P{UASp-VHH(GFP4).CAAX}attP40, P{UASp-VHH(GFP4).RFP.Mito(actA)}attP40 and P{UASp-VHH(GFP4).mKate2.CAAX}attP40 are insertions into the P{CaryP}Msp300attP40 site at 25C6,  2L:5108448  (R6).
