The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Rick Fehon, University of Chicago.
PBac{Tao.L.YFP} contains the entire Tao genomic sequence with the sequence for a YFP tag inserted at the site corresponding to the C-terminus of the PE ("long") isoform.
PBac{Tao.S.YFP} is identical to PBac{Tao.L.YFP} except the YFP sequence is inserted at the site corresponding to the C-terminus of the PH ("short") isoform.
PBac{Tao.L.YFP}VK00037 and PBac{Tao.S.YFP}VK00037 are insertions into PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00037 at 22A3,  2L:1582820  (R6).
