The following insertions were generated using the method described in Zirin et al., 2024, eLife 12: RP94073 (FBrf0259179).
TI{2A-QF2}elav2A-QF2 is an insertion into the elav locus on the X chromosome is derived from TI{2A-QF2-2A- lexA::GAD }elav2A-QF2-2A-LG by recombination between the FRT sites.
TI{2A-QF2}nAChRbeta32A-QF2.RFP- is an insertion into the nAChRbeta3 locus on the second chromosome.
TI{2A-QF2}Desat12A-QF2 is an insertion into the Desat1 locus on the third chromosome.
TI{2A-QF2}REPTOR2A-QF2 is an insertion into the REPTOR locus on the third chromosome.
TI{2A-QF2}Sgs32A-QF2.RFP- is an insertion into the Sgs3 locus on the third chromosome and is derived from TI{2A-QF2}Sgs32A-QF2 by recombination to remove the loxP cassette.
