Construct information for stocks designed for use in the mosaic analysis by gRNA-induced crossing-over (MAGIC) system (see Allen et al., 2021, PLoS Biol. 19(1): e3001061, FBrf0247818) are in the attached Excel files.
The blue fluorescent protein in the 'tub-3xHA-BFP' marker in the nMAGIC lines is mTagBFP2.
