The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Hiep Tran, Rutgers University.
TetYRA-GFP described in FBrf0259393 is a mutation of amino acids HRD to YRA in the catalytic domain and was generated using the Mi{PT-GFSTF.0}MI05009-GFSTF.0 chromosome as the parent and therefore contains the Mi{PT-GFSTF.0}MI05009-GFSTF.0 insertion.
TetAXXC-GFP is a mutation of C to A in the DNA-binding domain and was generated using the Mi{PT-GFSTF.0}MI05009-GFSTF.0 chromosome as the parent and therefore contains the Mi{PT-GFSTF.0}MI05009-GFSTF.0 insertion.
P{UAS-Gs2.T}attP40 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
P{UAS-Tet.CxxC.MYC.RFP}attP40 is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
