The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Justin Bosch and Norbert Perrimon, Harvard Medical School.
These lines were generated by inserting a T2A-GAL4 into the 5' coding sequence of the gene using CRISPR/Cas9 and HDR. These lines are likely gene nulls as they are predicted to truncate the protein product.
