Description

A sequence cassette encoding T2A-GAL4 has been inserted into the endogenous Cpr47Eb locus, into the 5' part of the coding sequence. This is predicted to both truncate the Cpr47Eb gene product and to result in the GAL4 driver being expressed as a separate protein under the control of the endogenous Cpr47Eb sequences.
