This line was made by cotransformation with 3 plasmids: a hygromycin-resistance plasmid, a plasmid from which an alphaTub84B coding sequence with a amino-terminal mCherry tag is expressed from a metallothionein promoter, and a plasmid from which an orbit coding sequence with an amino-terminal GFP tag is expressed from a metallothionein promoter. The metallothionein promoter can be induced with Cu++.
